If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will file a claim with FedEx or USPS and issue a refund or send a replacement once the claim is settled.
Shipping is free within the US. Orders are shipped from Franklin, TN via FedEx Ground or USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days after your order is placed for packaging and shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Receipts are emailed at the time you place your order and are not included in packages to save paper. If you didn’t save your receipt and need a copy, please contact us, and we can email a copy to you upon request.
Because many of our items are old, used, previously loved or if they are new products, many of those are made to look old, well-loved, distressed, worn and/or given an aged patina style. Don't expect perfection, as we embrace imperfections. We are very proud of our hand picked selection of new and antique products. In order to give our customers complete satisfaction, please expect use, wear and imperfection with our products. If you feel that you will not be satisfied with these terms, please don't purchase on our website.
