If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will file a claim with FedEx or USPS and issue a refund or send a replacement once the claim is settled.
Receipts are emailed at the time you place your order and are not included in packages to save paper. If you didn’t save your receipt and need a copy, please contact us, and we can email a copy to you upon request.
